Access Fellowship
Programme (AFP)

In-depth Training for Tertiary Students
‍The Access Fellowship Programme is a six-month comprehensive initiative aimed at providing educational and professional opportunities to talented individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds - especially students on bursary or financial assistance schemes at Institutes of Higher Learning in Singapore.

Commencing in May 2024, the AFP will connect students with experienced professionals across industries and provide them with the skills and resources they need to achieve their goals and succeed in their future careers.
When are applications open?
Applications open: 5 February 2024
Applications close: 17 March 2024, 2359hrs

Should you meet the criteria, you will be invited to group interviews with the Access Team on a date between Monday, 18 March 2024 and Thursday, 28 March 2024. You will be notified of your application outcome by Friday, 12 April 2024. Please note that only successful applicants will be notified.
What is the eligibility criteria?
Students from Polytechnics, Universities, or Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) who are on a bursary or financial assistance scheme, or have a gross monthly household income of below $4,800.
